Note: All the points listed below are from customer reviews at Amazon.

Pros – Menus are Simple, easy to read, and coherent, even down to the Autolog - You can race as a Racer, or a Cop, in multiple race modes - Later you unlock some "Potent Treasures” such as EMP or Spike Strips - This game has got some really impressive difficulty - Racing in a night-time thunderstorm is just too cool - VERY pretty scenery throughout the game - Multiplayer is extremely addictive - Graphics are amazing, constant 60 fps with no input lag or down times - The game looks beautiful and the controls handle well - Criterion guys really know how to make a great looking car crash - The car choices are Smoking Hot - Driving controls are so much fun - Added new road hazards to stop cars in front or behind you.

Cons – Having more tracks and cars would have been nice - No free roam, so cop chases end when the race ends - Rapid response event is an absolute pain - There is no split screen capability - There are no options for more than one saved game per gamertag/ID therefore, sharing a Gamertag/ID is not an option - Handling: cars feel extremely heavy on the turns yet twitchy on straight aways - It has an extremely high learning curve - The cars only have a few color selections after you pick your car - There is really nothing to do in free roam mode.
